No Refund Policy

a) All Sales Are Final

Ark Media Agency does not offer refunds for any services rendered, including but not limited to:

Facebook Ads Management

Google Ads Management

Lead Generation Campaigns

Marketing Strategy & Consulting

CRM Setup, Automations, or Workflows

Creative, Copywriting, or Funnel Builds

Once payment is made, it is considered earned and non-refundable.


b) Reason for No Refunds

Our services are:

Custom

Time-based

Labor-intensive

Digital and intangible

Work begins immediately after onboarding, including strategy development, ad setup, creative production, and campaign execution. As a result, refunds are not feasible once services commence.


Performance & Guarantees (If Applicable)

If a written performance guarantee is included in your service agreement (such as a lead minimum or delivery timeline), the sole remedy is continued service, not a refund.

For example:

If a lead minimum is not met within the agreed timeframe, Ark Media Agency may continue working at no additional management cost until the terms are fulfilled, as outlined in the signed agreement.

No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including unmet expectations, business changes, or campaign performance fluctuations.


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Ark Media Agency may result in:

Immediate suspension of services

Termination of the agreement

Collection efforts or legal action where applicable

We strongly encourage clients to contact us directly so we can address concerns professionally and promptly.


Cancellations

Clients may cancel future services in accordance with the cancellation terms outlined in their signed agreement.


Cancellation does not entitle the client to a refund for:

Past services

Current billing periods

Setup fees or onboarding costs
